Begin with a site assessment and feasibility report. The full design and tender builds up transparently to $21,000, and 50% is credited back into your building contract when you build with us, so your design and tender effectively costs around $10,500.

Designers and architects often charge $10,000 to $30,000 for design alone. With Marvel you also get colours, real-material 3D renders, supplier quotes and a fixed-price tender, from a builder who controls the whole project and helps secure your approvals. Prefer your own designer? Each part can be purchased individually.
