Ibrahim Amin
Certified Passive House Tradesperson (CPHT), qualified by the Passive House Institute (PHI) in Germany. The trade-level qualification for delivering builds that achieve passive house performance.

Every certified build
Each certified Marvel home is modelled in PHPP and signed off by an independent, PHI-accredited certifier. Independence is a Passive House Institute requirement, the team that builds the home is not the team that certifies it, so the result is verified, not self-declared.

Mo Amin is a Civil Engineer; Ibrahim Amin is a Mechanical Engineer. The structural, geotechnical, and energy reports are read and understood in-house, not outsourced.

Why it matters
Certified means measured. Everything else is a claim.
A home built to “passive principles” has no independent verification and no measured outcome. A certified passive house is modelled in PHPP and blower-door tested against the PHI standard. One is a brochure word. The other is a number an external body has signed off.
