Marvel Homes Pty Ltd (ABN 25 628 711 311) trading as Marvel Homes(“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information when you visit marvelhomes.com.au(the “site”) or otherwise deal with us. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Information we collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, including:
- Your name, email address, phone number and suburb;
- Details about your project (for example your block, plans, budget and brief) that you share through our forms, booking flow, email or phone;
- Any other information you choose to give us when you contact us.
When you book a call we use Calendly, and the details you enter (name, email, phone and any notes) are collected through that service. We also collect information automatically when you use the site, as described below.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how it is used and improve it. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages and interactions with the site. We use:

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time. There are some circumstances where we may not be able to provide access or make a correction, in which case we will explain why.
