Choose from three floor plans, sized for corner frontages from 15.8 to 20.9 metres, each with five bedrooms, a guest suite on the ground floor and a detached double garage. Mix and match the extras that suit your block: an alfresco, a central courtyard, a home office or an upstairs study. The Passive House modelling, healthy material choices and consultant coordination are already resolved. From there, we modify the plan to suit your corner, your orientation and the way you live.
